Our Story

Built by experienced operators, marketers, and business owners who understand what growth requires

Pest Revenue Engine is led by co-founders Elyssa and Mario Blanco, the husband-and-wife team behind Stellar Digital Marketing.

Our work in marketing started in 2013 and eventually grew into Stellar Digital Marketing. where our team served clients across different industries. Over time, we kept seeing the same issue: most businesses were not struggling because of one broken ad, one weak page, or one missed tactic. They were struggling because the full path from visibility to lead flow to follow-up was disconnected.

That is what led us to build Pest Revenue Engine.

We saw a need in the pest control industry for a more complete growth system. Pest control owners need more than ads or higher rankings. They need strong local visibility, trusted reviews, websites that convert, accurate lead tracking, fast follow-up, and clear reporting that shows what is producing booked jobs.

Pest Revenue Engine connects those pieces into one system designed to help pest control companies find revenue leaks, strengthen their marketing foundation, generate demand, and turn more leads into customers.

How We Lead

How Our Backgrounds Come Together

Elyssa brings the marketing and growth side of the company. She has spent 13 years working across digital marketing, campaign strategy, paid media, messaging, content, funnels, trends, and lead generation. Her focus is on finding the gaps in the customer journey and building stronger paths from attention to action.

Mario brings more than 15 years of experience in operations, process improvement, data analysis, KPI development, organizational growth, bottleneck discovery, and performance systems. He is also Six Sigma Green Belt trained, which shapes how he evaluates customer acquisition, efficiency, and execution.

Together, we lead a team that does more than execute marketing tasks. Our role is to guide the strategy, set the standard, and make sure every part of the work connects back to the business: visibility, lead quality, tracking, follow-up, reporting, and revenue.

Marketing creates opportunity, but strong systems determine how much of that opportunity turns into growth. That is how we lead our team, and it is how we help clients build a stronger path from first search to booked job.

Our Core Values

Principles that drive every campaign decision

We have a deep respect for business owners because we know what it takes to build something. Owners are carrying payroll, leading teams, serving customers, supporting their families, and trying to grow while making decisions in areas they were never taught, including marketing. That responsibility matters to us.

1: We Respect the Weight Owners Carry

Starting and growing a business takes courage. We never forget that the companies we serve are tied to families, teams, and goals.

2: We Treat Your Business As If It Were Ours

When a client trusts us with their marketing, we treat that trust with care as if it were our own company. We look for what is hurting growth, what needs to improve, and execute what will help the business move forward.

3: We Choose the Right Fit

Pest control owners are not numbers to us, and we are not trying to take on every client. We choose partnerships carefully so the businesses we serve get the utmost attention and care they deserve..

4: We Build Systems That Create Room to Grow

Marketing should not create more confusion for the owner. It should help build a stronger path for visibility, lead flow, follow-up, tracking, and revenue.

5: We Measure Only What Matters

We care about qualified leads, booked jobs, missed opportunities, follow-up, and revenue. We don’t focus on vanity metrics.
